"I cannot tell you how stunned I am. Your products worked and smelled great on the Tibbies, but today I bathed Bitsy. She will be 11 in April and had some kidney issues in December and was very sick. Thousands of dollars later and lots of good medical care and love, she is doing great. She has always been a nightmare to blow dry and comb out because she carried a heavy coat year-round, even down here in the Florida Keys. She has an undercoat that tends to cord, which can result in some horrible tangles if not combed daily, and when she is bathed and wet, that undercoat cords, so you have to work fast to get it combed out.

I used the shampoo and conditioner today. I have tried sooooooo many products on her over the past 10 years, some good, some OK and some not worth two cents. I have NEVER seen anything like yours. There were no tangles. Her usual 30-40 minute blow dry and comb out took less than 15 minutes. Her coat is shining like crazy but not at all oily or flat. It pumped up the volume, and even though she has no odor, she smells even better. A very faint, fresh, pina colada scent. Bitsy is tough and I am still shocked at the results. "Ok... I put your shampoo and conditioner to the test today and they passed with FLYING COLORS! I had 2 dirty dogs (one with actually "clods" of dirt stuck to his legs and tummy!), a bathtub and a Sunday off. So we went for it.

Yes, they both needed double sudsing (3x for the super dirty boy), but the shampoo rinses off easily, smells nice and clean but not "perfume-y." I diluted the conditioner about 50/50 with water, rubbed it in and let sit for a few minutes. It too washed out easily and smells wonderful."

"The true test was in the brush and blow out. So easy!! Even my dirty boy brushed out like a dream. And my girl's coat was soft, but not too much; she still retained the good texture a Groenie should have.

Right after grooming, we took her to her handler's conformation class where she was oohed and ahhed over. The last time most of these folks saw her, she had just blown her coat.

"Tucker has a very ugly coat for a Tibbie. His mane gets twists in it like a Pulli's, believe it or not. Even after you brush him, he looks like a scruffy little dog. "Tried the shampoo on one dog, Skylar, my resident pigpen. I let her choose which one she wanted, too. I made the test tough. I usually comb them out before bathing, but I left all the tangles and chewie particles in. They get coated on her ears. To be honest, I didn't think this shampoo would be any different than any other. Skylar picked the Tear-Free shampoo (which is good because I have to really wash her face, particularly around the eyes (Cavaliers have very weepy eyes). The results? I'm impressed! I really am. The food particles just flowed away from the hair. And when blow drying her, the tangles worked out so easily. I also used the conditioner on her. Her coat has a body to it that normally doesn't occur with other shampoos. She loved the smell and was so distracted trying to lick it, she really didn't notice she was getting a bath.

My husband really likes the smell on her now. Cavaliers tend to have a very strong odor. We'll see how long the scent lingers.

"I am writing on behalf of my step brother, Pico, and myself. We were recently given samples of your shampoo and we just had to write about our experience.

Pico is a mama's boy and loves baths. I, however, usually run the other way when I hear "B-A-T-H." You see, I have very sensitive skin, and every time I get a bath, I become one big itch ball. My parents have tried everything from baby shampoo to some expensive "people" stuff.

My parents gave me a bath in Furfection Naturals Sensitive Skin Shampoo, and I was all prepared for the beginning of another scratchy week. Much to my surprise, I am just a big fluff ball.
