What are the shipping costs?
When your shopping cart is ready for checkout, you’ll have the option of choosing your delivery method, and the cost for each option will be displayed.

After choosing your shipping method, the shipping costs will be added before you finish the checkout process. For heavier items, there may be additional shipping charges.

Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, but no.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, VISA and PayPal. All products and shipping charges are in US dollars.

Do you charge sales tax?
We’re required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to any address within the state of California. Our current tax rate is 7.5%. Sales tax is automatically added to your order during the checkout process.

Is online ordering safe?
Yes, it is very safe, and we’ve taken numerous steps to protect the privacy of your information. When you go to the checkout page, you will be in a secured section of our site. All credit card information is encrypted prior to transmission over a secure socket layer (SSL).

Chargebacks
When you place an order with our website, you're agreeing not to initiate any chargebacks (refunds) on your payment methods.

Damaged Items and Lost Packages

If your Furfection purchase is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will send out a call tag and have the shipper pick up the package from you. If the package appears damaged upon delivery, do not sign for the package and it will be returned to us.

If your package does not arrive upon estimated arrival time, you must contact Furfection, Inc. within 14 days after notification of shipment. Furfection, Inc. will not be held responsible for notifications or claims after that time.

Please note:
We will not offer refunds or exchanges for any merchandise purchased during our clearance sale.
